En otras palabras, esto significa que actividades r\u00e1pidas como sentadillas o caminatas cortas ayudan a los m\u00fasculos a absorber mejor los nutrientes de los alimentos, fortaleci\u00e9ndolos y manteniendo la glucemia estable a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo participar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establezca un recordatorio cada hora durante el horario laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elija una de las siguientes opciones:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>15 sentadillas con peso corporal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caminata de 1 a 2 minutos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amber Romero visitar\u00e1 diferentes partes de las oficinas de Arizona durante la semana para dirigir la actividad de refrigerio. \u00a1En Nuevo M\u00e9xico y Texas, re\u00fananse con sus equipos y realicen la actividad de refrigerio!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registra tu progreso en un registro personal.
