Heart Smart Challenge

February is American Heart Month! The Wellness Team would like employees to prioritize heart this month with simple, sustainable habits—movement, nutrition, stress relief, and healthy lifestyle choices. Complete this quick daily questionnaire check-in by logging at least one heart-healthy action you took. Submit 5 or more entries each week to earn a weekly raffle ticket for a chance to win an APEX Swag Bag! APEX Swag Bags include one APEX duffle bag, one hat, one shaker bottle, and your choice of an APEX t-shirt or tank top. All Nox Group employees across all locations for both craft and admin are encouraged to participate.
