Fit for Fall: 60-Day Challenge

Get ready to level up this September and October!
From September 1st to October 31st, log and complete your workouts through the CoachMePlus app to earn weekly raffle tickets for your chance to win big! There will be a grand prize and two secondary prizes for Arizona winners, and for Texas/New Mexico winners.

Must workout 3 days minimum a week to qualify and log everything on the CoachMePlus app to earn your weekly raffle ticket. Please sign up at least one week in advance (8/25) to allow the Wellness Team to create all programs and ensure all employees understand the app. Late sign ups will not be accepted into the challenge.
Already following a custom workout plan? No problem! Just manually log your workouts in CMP:
Drop down menu → Training → Start a Workout → Manually enter your workout using the search bar

Missed a few days? No worries—just get back on track! As long as you complete full weeks going forward, you’ll still earn raffle tickets for those weeks.
Bonus Raffle Tickets:
– Earn up to 3 extra raffle tickets by submitting progress photos every 2 weeks!
– You’ll see a reminder in your program every other Monday.
– If skipping, simply mark the task “Skipped” or “Completed” to stay on track.
– Upload your photos privately in CMP:
Drop down menu → Library → Blue upload button (top right corner)
All progress photos are confidential and will not be shared outside the Wellness Team without your permission.
How to take progress photos:
1. Choose Consistent Timing
Take photos in the morning, before eating or working out, for best consistency.
2. Wear the Same Outfit
Pick tight-fitting activate wear (spandex, compression shorts, form fitting shirts) to clearly see progress. Stick with the same outfit each time.
3. Use Natural Lighting
Stand near a window or use a well-lit room. Avoid harsh shadows or dark rooms.
4. Use a Plain Background
A blank wall or uncluttered space keeps the focus on your body, not the surroundings.
5. Set Up Your Camera
Use a tripod or prop your phone on a shelf. Use a timer or remote to snap photos hands-free.
6. Take 3 Angles
Front view (arms relaced at sides), side view (turn sideways, arms relaxes), back view (stand straight, arms relaxed)
7. Stand Tall & Relaxed
No flexing or posing—just your natural posture.

App Training & Support:

Teams call will be offered before the challenge to help you learn the app. A Calendly invite will be sent to participants on 8/25 – demos will be offered between 8/26–8/29.
